Polyglot Stories NextDoor Opens Wednesday July 20
Hey Kids! Celebrate a new language and a different story each month at 1411 Merrick Ave. Starting Wednesday, July 20 For the rest of the summer, the Door will feature an interactive story in French and English, and you can hear the story live every Wednesday from 3-4 pm at 1411 Merrick Ave or from 7-8 pm online (email us to receive a link to the webcast). We’ll post some of the words on the Door and ask you to add the 8 missing words in the story. The missing word may be used more than once! Missing words will be posted in store locations around Merrick, so you’ll need to look for them! The words will be in French (of course!), but we’ll give you clues in English.
To receive your map, clues, and entry rules, send us an email: polystories@aworldnextdoor.com. The first three entries with all eight words correct will receive a 25% discount to our 8-week online Spanish or French class and a free subscription to our ebooks library in French and English. Open to children ages 8 and under.
